Dear Sir,

1. I have received No. of messages the same reproduced here "As a Mbonus member get 24% extra Talktime. Recharge with Rs.111, get Rs.125 TT and also get all local calls @ 1p/2 sec. Validity 30 days. Recharge now.” and on the basis of this I have proceed for the same for my No.9151749160 on 16.08.2011 at about 1815 hrs and get msg “Purchase of 111.00 of airtime by 09151010455 successful. Date and time: 16/08/2011 06.24PM “ from No.+51213 and another msg from 51111 “Recharge of confirmed New balance Rs.0.30 (my old balalnce) Date and Time: 16/08/2011 06.24PM” In this connection I also contacted with customer care No.155 on 17.08.2011 at about 2056 hrs with your rep. Mr. Anil and he told that there is no updates and you may call back after 4 hrs. Today i.e. 18.08.2011 I again called customer care on No.155 and talked with Mr. Vipin Supervisor and he told that the scheme is only for Sunday but in SMS nothing about days is mentioned even today I again received same msg. It seems either customer care rep. not updated with current knowledge or they are only trying to prove themselves right by telling false statement. On 18.08.2011 at about 1230 hrs when I tried to send a fax on number 9151266266 message appears “phone is switched off.” and on enquiring on phone 9151255255 for another fax No. the person who picked up the phone told me another No.0522-4065330 and on dialing the message heard that “The Phone no. you are trying is temporarily closed.”

I am sorry to state that I am still waiting for credit balance of Rs.125.00 in either way i.e. promo or main. For this I have also contacted on your customer care No.155 on 17.08.2011 at 8.56 pm and call picked up by Shri Anil and he told me that a balance of Rs.175.00 had already been credited against this recharge. On my questioning how could Rs.175.00 be credited instead of Rs.125.00 he replied to call back after four hours.

This is a case history and I am not intended to complaint anybody personally I only want to make necessary arrangement for crediting balance as per msg I received against my phone No.9151749160.

2. I have also sent an email on 20.07.2011 regarding non picking up of by customer care and reply is still awaited. The draft of same is reproduced below:

DEAR SIR
I HAVE MTS CONNECTION NO.9151353324 I HAVE TRIED NUMBER OF TIME TO
CALL CUSTOMER CARE ON NO. 177, 155, 198 BUT SORRY TO STATE NONE OF NO
IS PICKED US BY ANY REP. IN ADDITION TO THIS IT IS VERY DIFFICULT TO
CONNECT ANY RELIANCE NO .

3. No. of msg received on both phone No.9151749160 and 9151353324 from 52505 “As a Mbonus member get Rs.100 TT. Validity 30 days” but no TT actually I get.
